Privacy notice

humaineeti (legal entity name to be confirmed) is the data fiduciary for the details you share when you ask for your report. Hosted on Vercel; captured data stored in Mumbai, India.

We use your details to give you your report and to follow up about this assessment in the way you choose.

• Your name, work email, company and phone number, and your role if you give it
• How you would like us to follow up
• Your profile answers, requirement statuses and scores

Owner names, notes and reasons you type during the assessment stay on your device and are never sent to us.

• Give me my report and follow up about this assessment (needed to send your report)
• Send me occasional DPDP-AID product updates (optional)

We keep your details for 12 months after our last contact with you, then erase them. Anonymous assessment records are kept for 24 months.

• Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it
• Nominate someone to act for you
• Withdraw your consent at any time

Your report page has a link to withdraw your consent, or you can write to our grievance contact. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. We stop follow-ups once you withdraw.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India after using our grievance process.
